彩鋼瓦主要生銹的原因：外在因素是指由于受到環(huán)境、氣候等各種自然條件和工業(yè)區(qū)周邊環(huán)境的影響（如：化工廠、電鍍廠、塑料廠等等），內(nèi)在因素主要是指彩鋼瓦本身的質(zhì)量，大量的彩鋼瓦屋面在役時(shí)間過長(zhǎng)以超過其使用壽命，這些屋面在各種因素影響下，彩鋼瓦表面保護(hù)層已失去了保護(hù)能力。?彩鋼板屬含鐵量一旦接觸到酸、堿和有機(jī)溶劑的情況下會(huì)產(chǎn)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)生成二氧化鐵，即產(chǎn)生鐵銹，使彩鋼板銹蝕嚴(yán)重時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn)腐蝕銹穿孔洞。如不及時(shí)做防腐翻新，慢慢的會(huì)使彩鋼板銹蝕越來越嚴(yán)重，到時(shí)維修不只是防腐翻新，將會(huì)對(duì)整個(gè)屋面既要防水又要防腐，將需要更大成本。

　　The main reason for the rusting of color steel tiles is that external factors refer to various natural conditions such as environment and climate, as well as the surrounding environment of industrial areas (such as chemical plants, electroplating plants, plastic plants, etc.), while internal factors mainly refer to the quality of the color steel tiles themselves. A large number of color steel tile roofs have been in service for too long to exceed their service life. Under the influence of various factors, the surface protective layer of these roofs has lost its protective ability.? Once the iron content of the color steel plate comes into contact with acid, alkali, and organic solvents, it will undergo a chemical reaction to produce iron oxide, which is known as rust. When the color steel plate is severely corroded, corrosion rust will appear through holes. If anti-corrosion renovation is not carried out in a timely manner, the corrosion of the color steel plate will gradually become more and more serious. Maintenance will not only involve anti-corrosion renovation, but also require both waterproofing and anti-corrosion of the entire roof, which will require greater costs.

　　無需除銹與機(jī)械打磨除銹1.彩鋼瓦屋面板原面漆出現(xiàn)粉化、出現(xiàn)生銹無顆粒物這兩種情況無需做除銹打磨處理。2.生銹非常嚴(yán)重并伴有大量鐵銹顆粒物銹蝕情況下：需對(duì)屋面板進(jìn)行清理、對(duì)屋面板全部進(jìn)行打磨除銹。除銹后基層不得有銹蝕斑點(diǎn)存在，油污、油脂，沙塵、鐵砂及金屬氧化物等清理干凈（人工及高壓噴槍沖洗）。

　　No need for rust removal or mechanical polishing. 1. Color steel tile roof panels do not require rust removal and polishing treatment in the case of powdering of the original paint and rusting without particles. 2. In the case of severe rusting accompanied by a large amount of rust particles, the roof panel needs to be cleaned first and all roof panels should be polished to remove rust. After rust removal, there should be no rust spots on the base layer. Oil stains, grease, sand, iron sand, and metal oxides should be cleaned thoroughly (manually and with high-pressure spray gun flushing).

　　屋面清洗干凈干燥后，在進(jìn)行局部找補(bǔ)有漏水地方，用金屬專用防水材料進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)。用噴涂結(jié)合人工涂刷愛迪斯建議施工溫度＞5℃，濕度＜80%,在有雨、霧、雪和較大灰塵條件下不可施工。除銹打磨后確保金屬屋面干燥整潔無鐵砂及金屬氧化物后達(dá)到噴涂條件，再整個(gè)屋面噴涂防腐底漆一遍， 每遍間隔8—24小時(shí)后再整個(gè)屋面噴涂LQ-201彩鋼瓦防腐面漆二遍。

　　After cleaning and drying the roof, repair the leaking areas locally with metal special waterproof materials. It is recommended to use spray painting combined with manual brushing. The construction temperature should be greater than 5 ℃ and the humidity should be less than 80%. Construction should not be carried out under conditions of rain, fog, snow, and large dust. After rust removal and polishing, ensure that the metal roof is dry, clean, and free of iron sand and metal oxides before reaching the spraying conditions. Then, spray the entire roof with anti-corrosion primer once, and after an interval of 8-24 hours between each coat, spray the entire roof with LQ-201 color steel tile anti-corrosion topcoat twice.

　　90%彩鋼瓦屋面都能通過系統(tǒng)的翻新維護(hù)延長(zhǎng)屋面使用壽命（7—10年以上），從而避免因屋面銹蝕嚴(yán)重而不得不更換屋面防腐板（彩鋼瓦）而造成的巨額費(fèi)用和其他隱性費(fèi)用與不便（如因施工造成停產(chǎn)、停工）。需根據(jù)工廠實(shí)際使用環(huán)境與原板材質(zhì)量情況推測(cè)來定，國(guó)外通常7-11年就對(duì)金屬屋面進(jìn)行一次系統(tǒng)的翻新，國(guó)內(nèi)基本上是6-10年左右即需進(jìn)行屋面防腐翻新。亮琴再次提醒廣大用戶彩鋼瓦屋面板如出現(xiàn)漆面粉化、輕微生銹時(shí)要盡快翻新維護(hù)。
