由冷軋基板生產(chǎn)的彩色板，具有平滑美麗的外觀，且具有冷軋板的加工性能；但是表面涂層的任何細(xì)小劃傷都會(huì)把冷軋基 板暴露在空氣中，從而使露鐵處很快生成紅銹。因此這類產(chǎn)品只能用于要求不高的臨時(shí)隔離措施和作室內(nèi)用材。

Color plates produced from cold-rolled substrates have a smooth and beautiful appearance, and possess the processing performance of cold-rolled plates; However, any small scratches on the surface coating will expose the cold-rolled substrate to the air, causing the exposed iron to quickly form red rust. Therefore, these types of products can only be used for temporary isolation measures with low requirements and as indoor materials.

（2）熱鍍鋅基板

(2) Hot dip galvanized substrate

把有機(jī)涂料涂復(fù)在熱鍍鋅鋼板上得到的產(chǎn)品即為熱鍍鋅彩涂板。熱鍍鋅彩涂板除具有鋅的保護(hù)作用外，表面上的有機(jī)涂層 還起了隔絕保護(hù)、防止生銹的作用，使用壽命比熱鍍鋅板更長(zhǎng)。熱鍍鋅基板的含鋅量一般為180g/m2（雙面），建筑外用熱 鍍鋅基板的鍍鋅量高為275g/m2。

The product obtained by coating organic coating on hot-dip galvanized steel plate is hot-dip galvanized color coated plate. In addition to the protective effect of zinc, the organic coating on the surface of hot-dip galvanized color coated sheet also provides insulation protection and prevents rust, resulting in a longer service life than hot-dip galvanized sheet. 根據(jù)要求，也可以采用熱鍍鋁鋅鋼板作為彩涂基板（55%AI-Zn和5%AI-Zn）。

（4）電鍍鋅基板

用電鍍鋅板為基板，涂上有機(jī)涂料烘烤所得的產(chǎn)品為電鍍鋅彩涂板，由于電鍍鋅板的鋅層薄，通常含鋅量為20/20g/m2，因 此該產(chǎn)品不適合使用在室外制作墻、屋頂?shù)?。但因具有美麗的外觀和優(yōu)良的加工性能，因此主要可用于家電、音響、鋼家 具、室內(nèi)裝璜等。

The product obtained by baking electroplated galvanized sheet with organic coating is electroplated color coated sheet. Due to the thin zinc layer of electroplated sheet, which usually contains 20/20g/m2 of zinc, this product is not suitable for outdoor wall and roof production. However, due to its beautiful appearance and excellent processing performance, it can mainly be used in household appliances, audio systems, steel furniture, interior decoration, etc.
